Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is not damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, color, or product, we offer a replacement or exchange subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Goel Elite.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
